Fried chicken pop was also crunchy and moist. The flavors are well balanced. The amazing thing about this place is that you do not know when and where you will find this place. It is a moving van and can be spotted at various stops in the area. Try some of Ghost Kitchen’s menu at the Super Market on Friday night. The Spring Onion pancake wrap with “the lot” (egg, Chinese donut, and pork floss) is $10 and worth a try. The flavor is okay and can be finished by 1 person. The popcorn chicken ($12) is another amazing appetizer, which is crispy, flavorful and easy to snack on! We highly recommend their sweet potato chips ($8). They are cooked perfectly crisp on the outside, covered with the sweet and sour plum seasoning and melt in your as you bite into the chip and you don’t feel like it’s too greasy. The plum seasoning can be on the strong side but if that’s your thing, it’s awesomeness in a vegetable! The sweet potato chips would be our top pick of the Super Market with the popcorn chicken taking 2nd place!
