Hot Star and Gong Cha
The Hot Star & Gong Cha outlets are cute little takeaway joints. It seems wherever there is a Hot Star, they cut the original shop space in two and build a Gong Cha next door.The Fried Squid Tentacles from Hot Star were just like the ones you would get in Taiwan. The squid is tender and it is not overly oily. The only downside is that a small bag for A$ 6.50 may not be enough for you.
Little sugary morsels of sweet potato go well with the chicken breast.
