This is one of those places in Melbourne where Turkish people go to find their comfort food. Serving right out of their delicately curated menu, they hit all the right taste buds while taking the person’s senses right back to Turkey.
Renovated in recent years, this joint is no longer just a kebab takeaway place. Transformed into its new avatar and becoming a swanky and stylish restaurant, this place still hits the right chord when it comes to serving great food. That too plenty of it, and nobody seems to be complaining. The interior is quite elegantly decorated using some great dark paneling with splashes of colour and distinct Turkish detailing.
As much impressed a patron would be by the decor and setting, he would be flying on the seventh heaven once he take a dig in the food. Added with that a very pleasant and accommodating staff, helps make this restaurant shine and stand out of the crowd. You could also opt for one of the banquets as the menu is quite extensive and if you don’t feel like going through it all. Dips, bread, meat and Efes make for a good, hearty meal. As soon as you’re done with the sumptous fare, you must make some more room in your stomach and be prepared to be surprised by the Turkish delight dessert which is simply heavenly and gives a great end to a brilliant meal.
