Well…It is tiny. It is very similar to the innumerable Hong Kong type eateries in the city. But unlike the subpar student fare that you get in most places around the city, Rose Garden BBQ is authentic, fast, fresh and downright delicious.
This eatery has turned incredibly famous all over the city for its cheap and amazingly authentic Cantonese. At mealtimes, you will have to encounter a huge line waiting. You can always share tables, and if it is all too much, take-away is the way to go.
Rose Garden BBQ’s chicken ribs have achieved a cult following. If you’re daunted by the menu, the Top 10s specified on the menu are the easy way out (they are ranked top 10 for a reason). The vegetarian menu is fairly extensive as well, starring the eggplant with tofu and rice noodles.
Yet again, it is not a place where you will get the chance to have a meaningful conversation over food. But if you’re looking to have a one meal affair with a dish, Rose Garden BBQ is the name you should remember. Don’t miss to read the highlights of the restaurant below–
