Supernormal is often touted as one of the best restaurants in Melbourne!
With it’s cheerful and helpful staff, you will be greeted warmly and offered a table, or a seat at the bar/kitchen. Pro tip – If in a small group, opt for the seat in front of the kitchen! It gives you the best view in the restaurant, watching the chefs work, a truly amazing experience!
While guests have the option of both banquet and a la carte, try to catch some of their recommended delicacies like the White cut chicken, the sesame-wombok-chilli oil salad, the absolutely delectable New England Lobster Roll, and the slow-cooked Szechuan Lamb. Frequently raved about are the tomato salad with tofu and the roasted flounder. Even with all this hogging, make sure to save space for dessert – the Peanut Butter Parfait, with salted caramel and soft chocolate is completely out of this world.
For a great fusion food experience that will leave you completely full and content, you absolutely must visit Supernormal! Don’t miss to read the highlights of the Best Restaurant Melbourne, Supernormal below–
